Travel Information

Hollywood, Florida is ideally located between two major international airports. The Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is just a short 10 minute drive, and the Miami International Airport is located just 30 minutes South. Taxi's, Private Car/Limo, and SuperShuttle services are available outside terminal baggage claim areas throughout Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.

Suggested Arrival and Departure Times

If you would like to attend the optional IPT/IPTLD training workshop and the official conference, we recommend that you arrive Thursday, May 13th and depart no sooner than Saturday, May 15th at 7:00 p.m.

If you are a current IOIP member and would like to attend the Think Tank Strategy Sessions and the official conference, we recommend that you arrive Tuesday, May 12th and depart no sooner than Sunday, May 15th at 3:00 p.m.

For those guests who would only like to attend the official conference, we recommend that you arrive Thursday, May 13th and depart no sooner than Saturday, May 15th at 7:00 p.m.
